Founder and President Linda Morales was inducted into the LTEN Hall of Fame at their 48th annual conference. The LTEN Hall of Fame was created to honor industry leaders who have a minimum of 20 years experience in a training industry and have made a positive impact on the life sciences training community.

“I’m proud to say that my whole career has involved learning and training within the pharmaceutical industry. Whether I was as an end-user of the training in my role as a representative and district manager, or as a learning professional in my commercial training roles (regional trainer, manager and director of training) or as a training partner at HCI working with pharma and biotech professionals to design learning that improves and drives sales.”Morales said.

Linda’s LTEN experience has helped her and her team keep connected and involved.

“I’m a lifelong learner. As president of HCI, a full-service training organization, I need to stay on top of new ideas, technology and approaches to be able to bring fresh thinking and effective ideas to our clients. LTEN is one way I continue to learn.”

The 2019 inductees will join the group of industry luminaries during the opening session on June 4 at the 48th LTEN Annual Conference.

The four Hall of Fame inductees were profiled in an LTEN Focus article which can be found here
